Rick  Director of K9.E.T.P.S. is a graduate  K9 Instructor from the National Institute of Dog Training . Rick is a Registered   Master K9  Instructor from The United States K9 Academy.  He has been involved in the K9 sector for 14 years and has trained with Phil Hoisher, Dildei & Margolis... Rick has trained dogs  for Gloria Estefan, Bob Marleys family,  Interscope Record company, Tim Hardaway, Michael Beasley,Wyclef Jean,T.V. Commercials, Secretary of state Sue Cobbs, Interpol, Security, Police and the general public.

The United States Kennel Club has recognized Rick as a Master K9 instructor & Canine Animal Behaviorist since 1997. Rick has been training dogs since 1990. Being the youngest in the field at the time. He knew he would have to prove himself. "Study and Show Yourself Approved."

K9 Enforcement Training Team a Florida Dog Trainer and Florida Police Dog Trainer  is also a certified Member of the A.N.D.D.A. Rick has placed & trained many detection dogs around the country. Rick specializes in Green Dog Preparation and selecting.

Rick is certified Police Tactics Instructor in the State of Florida. Being led by the State Director of P.T.I. O.A. Taishi Vernon Jones.Together the Police Tactics Training Team instruct Police Departments, Bodyguards, Security Companies and the private sector.

We provide Narcotics Detection Services and sell Green Detection Dogs, as well as Trained Detection Dogs.

Pedro has been with us since 2003 . Rick liked his drive to learn and took him under his wing. Pedro is an great obedience dog trainer ,he excels at difficult or aggressive dogs. Pedro went on to certify as a Police Tactics Instructors Assistant .Pedro is also a decoy, and the company security site supervisor. Pedro is now incharge of the K9 Enforcement Georgia Project.
